The Indian Federation of Culinary Associations in an endeavour to support underprivileged children presented Chef & Child – Happy Children; Healthy Future. 10 leading chefs of Bangalore showcased contemporary Indian cuisine paired with a selection of French wine. The proceeds of the event were donated to three NGOs – Mathru Foundation, Love Dale Foundation and Desire Society, all of which are charities working for children in Bangalore. Part of the proceeds will also benefit charitable initiatives for underprivileged children like Feed The Children and Chef Amudhupadai.
